We are hiring for our client, one of the largest private sector banks in India, for the position of VP Marketing : Cards

Job Objective :

The candidate will be expected to develop and execute marketing campaigns for Cards (Credit Card, Debit Card etc). The ideal candidate will be able to drive both strategy and execution, and be data driven and creative.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Build quarterly marketing plan and strategy for Cards

2) Track competition and create top of the mind recall

3) Work closely with business and product teams to design and execute marketing campaigns for new acquisitions and engagement with existing customers

4) Work with Data Analytics team to make communications more data centric

5) Along with Digital Marketing team, drive performance marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and automation of marketing campaigns

Expected Candidate Profile:

1) 8-10 years of experience in marketing for Cards (Credit Card, Debit Card etc).

2) Established track record of conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns end to end

3) Understanding of banking and financial services sector

4) Have a Master's degree from a reputed university

5) Must have strong critical reasoning and analytical thinking skills

6) Should have excellent oral and writing skills

7) Should be able to work in a fast paced environment and must have go-getter attitude

8) Must have strong project management skills and execution capabilities
