They are looking for a VP marketing. To support their growth and visibility in India, they are looking for a VP Marketing who has a core brand experience.  Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for  - Planning and Executing Brand Marketing Plans & Media Campaigns  - Number of brands and their respective positioning  - Digital Marketing strategy  - Media Planning, Buying and spend effectiveness analysis to improve ROI  - Agency Coordination in terms of Briefing and development of Creative  - Creating and Implementing Consumer Research and Insight initiatives  - Development of sales and marketing collateral Responsible for Trade Marketing for All India  - Conceptualising & executing New Product Launch plans  - Establishing constructive Marketing practises as sell-out tools rather than treating them as mere Awareness & Promotion tools  - Designing and Promoting various schemes as required by the business from time to time  - Ideating and designing Loyalty Programs for the company for various segments  - Designing special campaigns to promote Brand Shoppe's.  - Managing all Exhibitions   - Managing & controlling entire marketing Budget and ensuring effective utilisation  - The ideal candidate would be an MBA good B School, with at least 12 years of core marketing/Brand experience in Building material/FMCG/Durable organisations.
