- Reporting (creating/updating dashboards, delivering periodic and on-demand performance reviews, and addressing ad-hoc requests based on internal and external data sources)

- Advanced Analytics (deployment, scaling, development, and enhancement of statistical models to address key business questions: Growth Driver Modeling/Marketing Mix Modeling, pricing, assortment, market structure, innovation forecasting, drivers analyses, category growth forecasts, etc.)

- Data Governance & Asset Management (vendor management for external/syndicated data; external syndicated data quality, delivery, organization, and accessibility). Additional responsibilities include managing data tools like (e.g. IRI Unify, Insights Clver,etc) and media assets, including digital assets (e.g. graphics database, etc.)

- Presentation Production Support

- Working with the business to understand their regular business reporting forums, developing standard formats and enabling them to complete their presentations in a professional way by transforming the content into clear, compelling, highly accurate and visually attractive presentations. Taking ad hoc draft presentations developed by the business and ensuring that contents are aligned with company standards (e.g. formatting, templates, disclaimers) and visually pleasing to the eye.

- Partnering with Marketing to improve our visual storytelling capabilities, transforming words and sketches into inspiration presentations that bring our brands and brand plans to life for our company, customers and/or external partners. A partner who understand the business context of the brands, the audience's point of view, and the brand's positioning synthesizing a visually compelling story effectively.

- Budget and PO Management Leadership.

- Team to Maintain M&I Budgets, build working relationship with marketing teams, finance and control. Manage tracking of completed estimates and POS's; accounting for remaining balances, needed estimates, open purchase orders, and prompt pays, etc. Complete adhoc analysis of cost buckets across brands to identify efficiency opportunities for future planning purposes. Contact vendors for respective projects; & align on costs associated with services provided. Request, review and maintain files related to final estimates from vendors

- Manage Brand Budget Processes, support communication processes with reporting vertical leaders and Business Partners (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes.) Help Reporting vertical leadership develop and finetune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-points and bottlenecks to process management) both related to service delivery and internal center operations. Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loop

Functional Responsibilities

- Lead delivery of reporting activities for market team within the Sector SSC Insights vertical

- Execute market, portfolio, and brand level reporting of marketing KPI performance (utilizing dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools)

- Leverage business performance explanations to incorporate considerations and perscpective beyond the data into reporting & analysis

- Develop preliminary explanations of business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunities

- Monitor key channel, customer, competitor and emerging player performance and execute reporting at required intervals

- Provide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click required with tables/charts/stories using relevant data

- Lead delivery of advanced analytics activties for market team managing within the Sector SSC Insights vertical executed by advanced analytics associates:

- Execute deep descriptive analytics of business performance and drivers to supplement standard reporting and inform data-driven decisions.

- Develop, maintain, and apply statistical models to business questions - including forecasting, marketing mix, price sensitivities/corridors, drivers analysis, market structure, etc.

- Provide strategic portfolio and initiative pricing recommendations based on robust analysis of external data and internal financial data

- Execute market structure analyses to inform marketing and innovation strategies

- Provide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click required with tables/charts for relevant data

- Lead data goverance for market team managing within the Sector SSC Insights vertical

- Lead regular coverage and coverage stability analyses with PEP markets and Nielsen teams to ensure data is meeting expectations at the national and sub-national levels, and extend practices to additional data providers

- Implement safe guards and automate data quality checks, e.g., regular trend-watch of data streams to identify and address potential trend breaks.

- Evaluate and integrate data suppliers beyond the scope of current global/regional efforts to increase scale of underdeveloped disaggregated data sources (examples: local loyalty card data, demographics, local POS materials);

- Partner with key vendors and internal stakeholders to develop contingency/action plans when dissatisfactory results arise.

- Coordinate vendor negotiations for recurring contracts with multi-market partners in line with global negotiation leads and regional business purposes

- Identify and scope potential data expansion moves and/or potential spend optimization - depending on business needs and P&L targets

- On-going relationship build-up with major data vendors/suppliers for product enhancement work and universe tracking for the hub

- Design and maintain universal deliverables repository in cooperation with infrastructure teams (across Insights verticals);

- Support implementation of knowledge access system (to accompany knowledge repository) to enable associates to reach relevant insights and historical learnings in a simple and efficient way from existing work

- Create and apply universal standards for common questions to drive consistent approach to address scale business needs around the world (e.g., drill-down instructions, templates, automated solutions)

- Support training agenda for new hires to streamline hub onboarding and minimize the learning curve with common data sources and frequent questions

- Support training agenda for tenured associates on technical enablement
