Vice President - Marketing

Mandatory Qualifications :

- Must have worked in a digital marketing role at a tech-first Online Astrology company (like Astrotalk.com, GaneshaSpeaks.com , Astroyogi.com , Clickastro.com etc) with reputable products, for at least 10 years

- Proven work experience in Marketing Automation tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, Gamooga etc.

- Sound business judgement and ability to take ownership, conduct data-driven deep dives and deliver results

- Self starter, Proven ability to self-manage work and move forward in the face of ambiguity.

The primary roles and responsibilities for this role are:

- Experience in Digital Marketing, Web Analytics, SEO & Conversion Optimisation, Marketing Automation

- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

- Designs, builds, and maintains product's social media presence.

- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

- Interact with key stakeholders to define the metrics, measurements and tools to quantify business goals.
