- Experience in modeling, measuring, monitoring and managing the market risk/ enterprise risk/credit risk

- Very strong in Modern Machine Learning techniques and Python

- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), which sits with senior management and provides group-wide holistic risk coverage focusing on cross-functional and cross-divisional risk governance, frameworks, policies, and processes

- Managing in Stress Testing and Back Testing of the Market Risk Models with Market Risk Methodologies

5. Using a big data platform and machine learning as part of a strategic change initiative.
