Vice President - Market Research and Delivery Job opportunity for a professional holding at least 8-10 years of experience in delivering strategic insights engagements across investment banking & BFSI sector. You will be responsible for delivering the core syndicated Market Research projects across the globe. If this sounds exciting, apply with us! Responsibility: 1. Developing a deep understanding of our proprietary market research methodology to gain insights into the scope of client servicing, research, and delivery 2. Leading, own and manage various workstream/ sector teams that are producing insights for our clients globally within the financial services industry 3. Troubleshooting and escalating project challenges to ensure timely addressal 4. Demonstrating a positive attitude and foster teamwork and collaboration 5. Define talent needs in line with our operating model and its evolution 6. Define team's and individual's goals, and roles and responsibilities 7. Provide timely and constructive feedback on performance 8. Support cross training and resource rotation to ensure that there is adequate bench strength for key roles and processes 9. Accountable for effective communication of issues and driving resolution 10. Provide periodic updates (Debrief, KRAs, etc.) to stakeholders in Business 11. Partner HR for staffing, learning, engagement, and attrition management 12. Work with Product Managers and Technology on transformation initiatives Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred 2. Experienced working in/ consulting to the financial services industry is desirable 3. Experienced about hiring, coaching, and leading a diverse and successful team 4. Experience leading research delivery in an international environment 5.
