Vice President - Manufacturing/Production Planning

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage daily operations of the plant to meet time, cost and quality requirements of various projects under execution.

- Ensure safety and efficiency of the plant. Remain in compliance with ISO standards and all HSE guidelines.

- Oversee the supply chain requirement of Vadodara plant and its operations. Also be responsible for overcall control and monitoring of Vendors/ Suppliers/ assessments/ vendor rating and approvals through General Manager SMVD.

- Monitor and control plant processes as per business management system.

- Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports as per the designated KPIs.

- Effective administrative control of the plant and meeting compliance requirements from statutory bodies.

- Exercise effective cost and time control to achieve company targets.

- Effective Production planning and control.

- Be responsible for planning and execution of CAPEX requirements of the plant.
