- This position will be responsible for multi plant manufacturing and lead the plants teams to deliver volumes/numbers in a dynamic operating environment.
- Lead and direct multifunctional teams on journey of cost, yield , process efficiency improvements , energy conversation, establish stringent consumption norms, drive operational excellence and seamless operations across.
- Develop strong safety culture, health and environment compliances, legal/statutory adherence, governance across the manufacturing plants, engage with key stakeholders both internal and external.
- Ensure high standard of product quality and proactive in addressing customer feedback/complaints.
- Align and sync overall manufacturing strategy to the overall organisational short term and long-term plans.
- Invest and develop manufacturing team capability.
- Good track record of communication, negotiation, influencing skills and operational execution capability.
