Engineering Preferred - Relevant Work Experience with exposure in Digital space / Lending / BFSI / Fintech.

- Experience in using Jira, Confluence, creating Flow Diagrams & working in Agile environment.

- Understanding to CRM/Sales Force, LOS, LMS, Enach, Finnone & miFIN, UI/UX.

- The Digital Transformation Manager will be responsible for driving various Digital Lending transformation initiatives/infrastructure development projects of FICCL.

- Design Thinking & Customer Centric

- Define product & feature sets in user stories through a user-center approach & designed centered thinking

- Market - technology trend | What is happening / cooking in lending eco-system

- Understand and leverage existing systems

Schedule Management

- Create project plans

- Monitor Delivery Timeline

- Facilitate stakeholder communication

Descriptive Writing

- User Story - Flow Diagram

- Unit Testing - Create test scenario's

- User manual (Train the Trainer)

- Strong knowledge of partner operations, systems and knowledge including API Integration. [CRM/Sales Force, LOS, LMS, Finnone, miFIN]

- Co-ordination with cross functional teams & internal stakeholders (ScrumTeam, Risk & Policy, Compliance, IT and Vendors) teams to execute projects.

- Ensure timely and smooth roll-out and adoption of new product iterations & meet committed timelines for various product launches.

- Responsible for creating customer lifecycles, customer flows & customer communications.

- Ensure quality with User Acceptance Testing Scenarios.

- Lead the team in sprint planning, Backlog Review & Stand-ups as needed.

- Ensuring proper implementation of all the regulatory guidelines.

- Handle continuous product enhancements.
