Vice President - Management Company Accounting - FinTech (10-12 yrs)
Our client is a leading fintech firm which has plans to grow in a big way. They are hiring accounting and finance professional for their Management Company Accounting team. You will be is responsible for legal entity book-keeping, financial reporting and statutory and tax compliance at group level.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the US accounting and tax team
- Client invoicing and accounts receivables process
- US Tax compliance and planning
- Publish periodic reports on AR and client invoicing
- Review and oversight of Monthly / Quarterly and Annual consolidated financial statements
- Coordinate with external auditors in the US to get the year-end audits completed
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- CA or MBA (Finance) qualification
- 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in US GAAP Accounting & reporting and Tax compliance
- Accounts receivable and Client Invoicing experience in large SaaS based companies
- Strong knowledge & understanding of US Tax and US GAAP.
- Skills: Initiative, Team Leader, Problem Solving, Flexible, Multi-Tasking.
