Vice President - M&A - Financial Group

Position based with a large Financial Group in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end M&A process - target search, industry and competitor analysis, valuation benchmarking, term sheet preparation, due diligence, negotiation with target and deal documentation.

- Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions team members work closely with the BD head, board Directors, CEO and business leaders to establish opportunities for expansion through investments.

- As a key member of our M & A team, the candidate would be expected to be at the forefront of a number of merger and acquisition transactions, originate opportunities, evaluate their attractiveness, structure new business transactions,

- Detailed financial analysis on identified target companies in various sectors

- Client Management: Leveraging the ongoing relation with regular touch points, Understand the capabilities of the firm and look for opportunities to sell additional services to our clients
