Looking to hire VP - Legal for a NBFC in kolkata.

- The person will be responsible for handling the Resolution of the Corporate Bad Debts, which includes both the financial as well as legal restructuring.

- Looking after all the legal matters pertaining to the recovery of Corporate Loans.

- Responsibility includes drafting and reviewing of loan documents, security documents of the buyout portfolios. Vetting of all Legal Documents.
