Please find the details below : - Accounting & reporting for Legal entities on a monthly & quarterly basis as per US GAAP. - End to end ownership for month-end close activities like Financial analysis & review, Fx Trade out, Capital Hedge, Month-end checks, MIS Reporting functions & Journal posting and review etc. - Liaising with auditors and support Legal Entity Controllers in control audit. - Ability to embrace and drive projects around change/automate for Control enhancements & Efficiencies - Quarterly Regulatory reporting as per local GAAP for global entities. - Maintain and develop a relationship with onshore partners and business. - Implement internal controls policies and procedures to mitigate financial and business risks. - Daily monitoring and control of activities involving reconciliations. - Engage team members and build an effective working relationship within the team.
