Vice President - Legal - Education

We are urgently looking out candidate for the profile of "Vice President Legal with Top Education Brand in Gurgaon".

CTC is upto 50 Lac(Including Variables) is purely depending upon your current CTC, experience and calibre.

- Candidate must have experience with Corporates and also associated with corporates.

- Only male candidate require.

- Experience in Litigation and non-litigation is must.

- Should be well versed with criminal,civil and labour laws.

Job Responsibilities :

- Working on civil, criminal, commercial, consumer disputes, laws relating trade marks, copyright & other intellectual property rights and labour laws.

- Contract/agreement drafting

- Legal Drafting 

- Excellent drafting skills of legal documentation relating to business commercial and criminal laws.

- Monitoring and handling litigation under various laws.

- Advising Management of legal issues related to business activities.

- Providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in the business functions.

- Providing legal support to various business functions.

- Exposure in compliance management with respect to corporate governance.

- Proactive identification of legal risks in the conduct of business and to provide solutions.

- Planning & Execution of Legal strategies

- Liasoning with Police / Investigating Authorities relating to legal matters of the Company
