REPORTING TO : Director - Legal & Compliance

LOCATION : Mumbai

PROFILE :

- Preferred Qualifications :CS and LLB

- Preferred Experience : 8-12 Years

SKILLS :

1. Conversant with SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations and Mutual Fund operations.

2. Strong analytical skills.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Good Interpersonal skills.

5. Demonstrated academic excellence.

6. Working knowledge of stock brokers, Custodian, R&T, Depositories, Fund Accountants.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. To assist in compliance related activities for the mutual fund business.

2. Review and filing of Regulatory reports, Board reports, Scheme related documents.

3. Provide guidance on compliance issues related to MF, PMS, VCF, AIF and offshore set up.

4. Review of marketing literatures and product communications.

5. To oversee and assist in handling of client complaints and litigations.

6. To provide guidance on legal issues related to the businesses undertaken by the AMC.

7. To draft, review and oversee execution of legal agreements.

8. To guide business on product structures for onshore and offshore markets.

9. Compliance with Internal Company policies.

10. To manage orderly conduct of internal committee meetings.

11. To oversee compliance with employee dealing guidelines and code of conduct.
