Candidate's profile:

- Qualification: LLB + CS + minimum 7 years of work experience

- Expertise at handling compliances, legal matters, secretarial work

- Legal matters include and are not limited to transactions, compliances litigations, IPR, drafting and vetting of contracts etc.

- Knowledge of financial markets

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with proven ability to lead a team

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging setup
