Job description :  - Legal work has to be mainly in the International environment for the external markets.   - H/She must be handled a direct contract with overseas customer   - Person should have good knowledge / exposure to IT area also .  - Providing legal advise/drafting/vetting/negotiating and closing Commercial Contracts, Technology Contracts, Licensing Agreements, Country Agreements, Offshoring Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements.  - Manage real and potential disputes with support from suitable external counsels and provide relevant MIS reports;  - Consider and advise on legal and other requirements resulting from legislation, contracts, and other undertakings;  - Ensure compliance to all laws and corporate governance.  - Advising on various other legal issues including Data privacy-related matters majorly cross International countries like (UK /US) and India.  Desire profile :  - An LLB & CS along with 15+ years of relevant experience - preferably global exposure for the external markets   - Handle a team of 6-7 (including Director, Sr. Manager and Associate Managers)  - Global exposure is a must along with Contract and Regulatory experience.   - Litigation experience is good to have.
