Key Attributes:
- Responsible to develop and implement Compliance Strategy for the company.
- Develop, implement and Automation of Compliance Framework, this includes Risk & Policy, Risk Analysis, Culture, Review, Communication, and Reporting.
- To ensure timely advice/guidance on Regulatory and Compliance aspects to business.
- To interpret, communicate & implement new regulatory and Legislative requirements.
- Partnering with Business Partners (Sales & Marketing and Operations team) to drive compliance agenda for the organization
- Interface with IRDA and other Regulatory Bodies.
Essential Skills and Expertise:
- We are looking for a Compliance and Legal professional with "over 15 years of experience" with exposure in Law Firms, Corporate Legal Departments and Legal Process Management Firms providing Legal Services like Contract Management, Litigation Management and Regulatory Compliances across Banks/insurance industries.
- Should have the ability to represent the company to regulators as and when required.
- Demonstrated good judgment with leadership abilities.
- Ability to work with function and departments.
