Position: Vice President - Legal &amp; CS Qualification required : CS with LLB Experience : 15 Years + Location : Head Office, Pune Industry Exposure : Real Estate / Infra / Others Compensation : CTC Rs. 50 Lacs (Negotiable) Job Description : - Proficient in Secretarial Affairs and Functions of the Company - Corporate Laws, Merger and Acquisition - Compliance, Liasoning &amp; Coordination with various regulators - ROC, FEMA, RBI, DRI, Customs, SEBI, MIDC, CIDCO, RERA, UD etc - Civil matters in High Court, NGT etc - Land title, Due diligence, Sale deeds, Leasing for Commercial space, Exposure with global funds, knowledge on Mumbai DCR etc - Coordination &amp; relationships with Senior Counsels &amp; Law Firms. - Project registration under RERA and periodic compliance - JV agreements, joint development agreements &amp; their registration - Overall compliance including preparation of MOM, transfer of shares, preparation of register of members, directors and their sharing holding, issue of notice of meetings, annual filing etc.
