Vice President - Legal - BFS

1. Responsible for all legal matters for the company.

2. " Drafting & vetting of all Legal Documents encompassing business activities for NBFC & Fisincluding Loans, NCD, MLD, PTC, DA, Co-Lending, etc"

3. To provide Legal advice on all legal matters

4. Monitor perfection of all security documents for every transaction

5. Would be working closely with the RM and Risk team on deals and analysing documents from legal stand point

6. Litigation: Handle litigation directly & through external counsels

- Good understanding and hands on experience of lending and borrowing transactions including but not limited to Loans, NCD, MLD, PTC, DA, Co-Lending, etc

- Knowledge of Company laws, Contract Law and Partnership, SEBI regulations, RBI & Foreign Exchange regulations (FEMA), Creation and perfection of security, etc

- Strong Negotiation skills

- Thorough knowledge of prevailing laws in the Country related to Civil / Criminal. Ability to draft, Pleading, Conveyancing & attend proceedings.

- Practical knowledge of IBC workings
