- Formulate, develop and implement leasing strategies of assigned commercial/retail properties - Gurgaon Market experience is preferred
- Renewal of agreements of existing clients / managing their queries / handling the collections
-RFP Management - Completing information of RFP with help of various departments in order to respond to clients query.
- Channel Partner Management - excellent connect with channel partners and partnering with them for revenue generation / biz expansion
- Excellent team handling skills - should be able to lead a large team from the front
- Keeping track of Market movement and competitor's leasing business
- Negotiate leases, other commercials and attend to tenancy related matters
- Cognizant of the tenancy mix in the assigned retail malls - ability to analyze brand profile and market value, operational standards and ability to produce desired footfalls
- Co-ordination with projects team, services team and vendor during the fit outs for timely deliveries of the project
Skill & Experience:
- 15-20 years of commercial real estate leasing / retail leasing experience is a must - in NCR preferably Gurgaon market
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle matrix reporting / stakeholder management
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team from the front
- Ability to work closely with other departments
