Vice President - Learning & Development - Financial Service (7-12 yrs)
- To lead the L&D Impact team and ensure the delivery of induction, functional and leadership capability development.
- Provide leadership and development to the team of individual L&D Impact Specialists
- Together with HR Head assess and plan the roll-out of digital and face to face interventions and be responsible for the overall local L&D delivery plan
- Ensure learning objectives and another impact KPIs as agreed with functional stakeholders are achieved whilst driving progress towards digital learning delivery
