Our client is looking for a VP Learning and Development. Should have been in a similar role, having done succession planning for VP's and above. Would lead OD Initiatives and Leadership development programs
- He / She should have had strong experience on Succession Planning, Gap Analysis and Implementation of Interventions towards development of Leadership.
- Organization development with a key focus on developing and implementing a framework to address effectiveness of critical role holders including succession planning at the top 3 levels.
- Will be responsible for Specific high impact OD/ leadership development initiatives.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Running the Critical Role program
- Succession Planning
- Client Based HR
- High impact leadership development interventions.
Candidate should have:
- Strong Business Acumen
- Capability Development for leaders
- Assessment Tools
- OD
- Performance enhancement
