Vice President/Lead - Product Management - EduTech/eCommerce/FinTech

- 8-10+ years of senior product management work experience, a mix of early and mature stage company experience is a plus.

- Experience in Edutech/E-commerce/ Fintech or learning companies is a big plus.

- Demonstrated success in building and leading a high-performance product team

- Experience leading data-driven product strategies and road maps

- Track record of building consumer-facing products that both delight the user and exceed their business objectives

- Extreme proficiency in research, design, engineering and data analysis

- Effective decision maker and can help teams understand rationale and reasons for the product decisions and road map direction

- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

- Self-starter, independent and excellent at driving teams and projects

- Excellent communication skills at all levels small groups, large groups, and with executives
