Vice President/Lead - Marketing - F&B Startup

Our client is a 4+ year old omni channel consumer brand in the confectionery/ impulse category space with more than 15k outlets.

As the team expands, they are looking to onboard a VP-Marketing for their startup.

Reporting to the Founder, he/she will be responsible for building the marketing team inhouse from scratch including Design, Loyalty, Insights verticals, looking for someone who can get in the trenches and build this out.

Must Have Attributes:

- 5+ years of brand management experience, consumer brand experience.

- Passionate about branding, consumer behaviour, consumer psychology

- Fundamental understanding of Digital Marketing

- Experience with social channels like Facebook/ Instagram/ Twitter

- Experience with performance marketing

- Great with numbers

- Should be able to drive insights from consumer research

- Applicants from creative agency/ consumer research agency would be preferred

- D2C, packaged food brand experience will be a +

- Work will not be remote
