ROLE SUMMARY:

The VP-IT- Lead Tech Engineering will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and maintaining the information technology Application for the organization including inhouse / Partner developed applications & software. He /she will also be responsible for building platforms/tech-stacks to be implemented on Public Cloud.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Middle Management Leadership team to translate business needs into IT requirements.

- Sound Technical knowledge on the IT software architecture and design and ensuring that Latest technology is used

- Use of Micro Services, API Integration and scalable architecture design

- Understanding of Mobile Application Development and Architecture

- Create plans, policies, operating procedures and budgets for all IT requirements for the NBFC.

- Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology spending and initiatives; identify and validate vendors for IT related procurement and outsourcing.

- Assess, communicate and mitigate risks associated with technology-related matters

- Ensure continuous and high quality delivery of information technology support as per SLAs with end users; develop and implement metrics to track and monitor performance of the IT function

- Manage execution of approved projects to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and in accordance with the defined project scope

- Deep understanding of the Agile model framework.
