About the Role :&nbsp; The Change Management Lead for Wholesale Transformation is a new, critical leadership role in Wholesale Operations is reporting to the head of Transformation-Wholesale. This role will be responsible for driving all change initiatives under IPA (Intelligent Process Automation) Program and, functionalization of processes (consolidation of like functions) program for Wholesale Operations. This will also involve working with the onshore partners for similar programs at an enterprise level, identifying enterprise requirements and accordingly creating new capabilities like Vendor Management, Reporting, PMO, etc. within Wholesale Operations. Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Lead Transformation program deliverables by effective execution using the support system - Drive the IPA program from by working with business tech team, extended RPA team, onshore &amp; business leaders,, enterprise RPA CoE team and the Wholesale Governance team - Work with Wholesale GSPO team and identify new opportunities of creating capabilities to support US onshore business partners - Responsible for creating and monitoring business goals for team that align to goals (including LoB expectations) and goals - Foster strong relationship with LOB leaders through regular &amp; open communication - May lead complex cross-enterprise projects resulting in enterprise wide implementation - Plan, Execute and Responsible for People, Process, Risk, Operational Excellence and other business goals - Manage budgets at appropriate level, senior internal stakeholders including support groups Market Skills and Certifications Essential qualifications : - Post-graduation with desired PMP, six sigma Black belt certification with 16 + years experience in total - Good understanding of Lending Business &amp; Operations, lending applications and a track record of continuous improvement through automation - 12+ years of Consulting, Program/Project management - Ability to research, compile, and perform complex analysis on critical operational data - Ability to connect the dots across various business operation, ability to identify opportunities for improvement (through automation and other tools) - Advanced knowledge and understanding of technology solutions. operations policies and procedures - Continuous improvement &amp; enhancing performance of the functions - Demonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all area
