The client is one of the biggest players in the Indian renewable energy sector is a major subsidiary of one of India's leading infrastructure development and finance companies with projects spread across all major states in India coupled with aggressive expansion plans.
Description :
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring land registration, identification, due diligence. Clearances and approvals.
- Land related Lisaoning and closures with Land Registration and Contouring.
- Land related commercials, inspection of ownership, land related due diligence.
- Responsible for CLU (Change of land use); Title search, Forest land/Agricultural land conversion to industrial land for Solar Power Projects. Documents submission to PD/ Project Finance.
- Completely conversant with Commercial terms and terminologies, Payment process, Legal Verification of documents and ownership and Due Diligence in all related matters pertaining to land.
Profile:
- Minimum qualification Engineering and LLB/ MBA preferred.
- Land related experience 16-20 years.
- Demonstrated ability of land closures in large land parcels in recent times as well.
- Candidate preferred from Solar / Renewable sector.
- High understanding on Land Regulations and land affairs/ land laws.
- No Job Hoppers will be entertained. Stability has to be very high. Demonstrates trustworthiness and upholds the highest ethical standards. FCPA Compliant. Ensures that information flows effectively to others. Identifies, collects and analyse the information needed to solve a problem effectively
- Communication has to be extremely clear and transparent. Team player with the ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
- Should have a good understanding on the Macro environment of the Power sector. Should have a good understanding of the Renewable sector especially on Solar.
