Land Acquisition Experience in M.P & Rajasthan for Solar/Wind projects in large pieces (Minimum 50 Acres) will be a plus

General Job Description

Exploring potential avenues at various Project Locations for acquiring private and revenue land at optimum cost and hassle free transactions.

Primary Accountabilities

1. Land Acquisition for Power Projects

2. Land Procurement thru direct negotiations with land owners or through land arrangers

3. Knowledge of Revenue Land Allotment

4. Knowledge of Forest land approvals

5. Knowledge of SC/ST land approvals

6. Drafting of agreements i.e. Agreement to sale/Sale deed/MoU/GPA etc.

7. Mutation and Conversion of Land

8. Execution of Agreements with Government

9. Liasoning with Govt. authorities

10. Govt. Approvals, Licenses, NOCs etc.

11. Follow up of pending cases pertaining to land

12. Coordinating with auditors and BD Team/ Project Team

13. Due Diligence of all documents, verification and report preparation of land survey

14. Knowledge of statutory compliances

15. Basic Idea about solar industry/ land acquired for solar power plants in different states

Profile

1. Education

a. Graduation

b. LL.B. (compulsory)

2. Specialized knowledge/ others

a. Land Acquisition

b. Revenue land allotment

c. Knowledge of land laws

d. Liasioning, Getting NoC/Approvals

e. Experience in power sector is a plus

f. Excellent communication skills
