Vice President - KYC - Investment Bank (14-22 yrs)
We are looking for Vice President - KYC for a leading Investment Bank. Job Location is Bangalore/Jaipur.
- 14+ years of experience in Investment Banking Operations.
Very Strong People Management experience.
- Diversity candidates preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the KYC/COB department and its employees, set conditions and manage its resources in order to optimize departmental services for maximum fulfillment of (internal and external) client needs within determined strategy and budget.
- Identify opportunities to optimize capacity and increase efficiencies Imbibe and propagate firms KYC / AML and Ref Data policies and procedures as well as systems and technology used to record the information & documents
- Experience of banking regulatory KYC of atleast 8+yrs.
- Experience in working with global, multi-region initiatives and teams.
