Role & Responsibilities :
- Working with the users in the Bank to ensure the organization's tool is being used, post-deployment
- Creating customer delight by sharing KPI performance metrics on a regular basis
- Conducting frequent training's and workshops
- Engaging the Product Manager to highlight additional features requested by the Bank
- Responsible for renewal of the annual License fees from the Banking customers
Skills & Experience :
- MBA from a premier institute
- 5-7 years of experience in the credit/Debit card portfolio team of a Bank
- Ability to Operate Independently
- Collaborate with various teams to drive success
