Vice President - Investment Banking - Technology Sector - Bank (5-10 yrs)
Hiring for a renowned private sector bank
- Should have a deep understanding of the Technology sector.
- Train and mentor junior bankers (Associates and Analysts) as they develop core investment banking skill sets.
- Expect to participate in client pitches, attend client meetings, lead execution on live transactions ensuring timetables are met, deliverables are executed properly and internal processes are covered.
- Generate ideas and opportunities for new and existing clients through in-depth research, financial modelling and industry analysis.
- Prepare and help deliver client presentations to generate deal flow and build your client network and experience
- Work closely with clients on mandated transactions - Private Equity / M&A
- Learn from, and work with, teams consisting of professionals drawn from across the business, including senior bankers within your group, experts in other areas of the firm
