Vice President - Investment Banking - Technology Sector

We have a Senior position with the leading investment banking firm based out of Mumbai for the role of VP - Investment Banking (Technology Sector).

Location - Mumbai

Candidate shall be responsible for:

- Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface (Sectors - Technology Products)

- Focusing on core technology product companies (primarily Indian) and not on services or e-commerce.

- Having a good grasp on the latest technology product trends and offerings in the market.

- Be a part of end- to- end deal making a cycle for multiple sell- side/ buy-side mandates

- The candidate would be expected to get actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due- diligence, transaction closure agreements)

- Over the years, the candidate should aspire to move up the ladder, with the growing organization and build and independently lead the function further.

- Candidate should be analytical, multitasker, persuasive, should possess excellent number crunching / analytical skills, and have a hunger for growth both as a person and as a professional.
