Responsibilities :
- In depth understanding / Research covering Infrastructure sectors from commercial & financing point of view
- Commercial and Financial Due-diligence of Equity and Structured Debt deals
- Investment appraisal including Financial analysis/Valuation/ Financial modelling
- Preparation of Marketing documents for deal execution and leading Due Diligence/ Documentation process
- Engaging with Private Equity Funds, Strategic Investors & Structured Finance/ Credit / AIFs/ Special Situations Funds for closing deals
- Supporting execution of SHA/Financing documents/binding agreements and deal closure
Requirements :
- MBA (preferable), CA or equivalent with minimum 6-8 years of relevant exposure into Investment Banking / Corporate Finance Advisory in Infrastructure sector
- Should have worked for at least 3 years in Investment Banking role with exposure of deal sourcing and advising clients in the Private Equity & M&A space
- Exposure to working/building Project Finance Financial Model is a MUST
- Exposure of dealing with Infra focused Private Equity Funds, Pension & Sovereign Funds, Multi-lateral funding agencies / Financial Institutions (like IFC, ADB, WB etc.), Credit Funds/ Special Situations Fund, Developers & EPC Players (Domestic & MNCs) would be a key criterion
- Relationship with Corporates & Private Equity funds
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Team management and nurturing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Command on Financial Modelling
- Articulating deal USPs through Power Point Presentations
