Designation: VP Investment Banking

Experience: min 10 to 12 Years

NOTE: should have worked in Private Equity/ Venture capital in Fund Raising activities.

Sectors: Clients handling in IT/ Software/ Health Care/ Education

Job Location: Mumbai

Salary: Hike based on current CTC

JOB Role:

- Origination and execution of M&A deals and private placements in the mid-markets Segment

- End to end involvement on the execution of M&A deals, private placements, and capital

- Market placements focused on deal origination and execution in the mid-markets Segment

- Investment Banking- M&A, Joint Venture, Brand transaction, Licensing, Capital Raising through Private Equity and Venture capital

- Mergers & Acquisition (M&A)

- Investment Research

- Financial Modeling and Financial Statement Analysis

- Coordinating Due Diligence Process

- Handling Debt Fund Raising advisory practice of the organization

- Originating and executing fee-based mandates for fundraising and corporate advisory transaction

- Maintaining relationships with Banks, Lending Institutions & corporate clients at all levels of management and establishing the network to develop opportunities and coordinate with other advisors and lawyers.
