Job Description :
- Been part of or led minimum of 2 to 3 technology / enterprise services / engineering services / Business Services transactions with exposure in dealing with Cross border transactions
- Educational Qualification : To have a Master's degree in Finance / professional Chartered Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst - US
- Skilled in Financial Modelling, Valuations, Due Diligence, Pitch documents (good hand on presentation skills + Excel modeling techniques)
- Good communication skills and carry a good professional network amongst various business houses / corporates / VC - PE Network etc.
- Successful track record of closing deals and leading execution in the Enterprise Technology / Business Services sector
- Prior experience in a Technology corporate (esp. in traditional tech / cloud tech / TMT / IT-ITES Services / BPO will be an added advantage)
