Job Title: Vice President - Investment Banking

Job Responsibility :

- End to End IPO Management

- Detailed Financial Analysis, Business Evaluation, Industry Research,

- Valuation of business & securities

- Conduct Due Diligence, Financial Modelling & Credit Appraisal of Growing

- Companies and Mature organizations across Various Sectors.

- Prepare Investment Proposals & Present to Investor Committee

- Prepare DRHP, LOO in case of new / further issue of securities

Mandatory:

1. 10 years of Merchant banking experience with reputed Merchant banker

2. Knowledge of financial markets as well as SEBI regulations and processes

3. Effective verbal and written communication skills

4. Willing to work hard & tendency to learn

5. Knowledge of financial markets as well as SEBI regulations and processes

Target Industry: Merchant Banking/Investment Banking

Experience: 10 years of Merchant banking experience with reputed Merchant banker

Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Qualification : Graduation CA or CS (with law experience)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
