The management plans to set up its NBFC arm to tap the plethora of opportunities available for secured lending in addition to investments into stressed assets for turn-around, venture capital funding and other attractive investment opportunities. - The company is under formulation. The NBFC license is applied & expected shortly. Position is based at Delhi. - Management has ambitious growth plans on the anvil for this venture. This is top management cadre position. The position reports to the MD. Expected salary: 36 - 42 lakhs per annum The KRAs include: Strategic business planning : - Investment across all categories of opportunities viz. Stressed Assets, Secured/Unsecured SME Loans, Last-Mile Funding, Bill Discounting, Venture Funding etc. - Equity research, financial modeling and valuation - Mapping key trends in Equity / Debt markets - Portfolio management, transaction advisories and due diligence - Economy, industry and sector analysis Desired Skills and Experience: - 10-16 years in Financial Services/Fintech/NBFC - Highly intuitive as well as analytical - Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - High execution centricity
