Vice President - International Trading - Coal

Few important pointers for shortlisting will be as follows :

- Minimum B.Tech or equivalent from a reputed Institution / College

- Around 15 - 20 years experience in a senior position, preferably in international trading in Coking Coal, Anthracite Coal and Coke etc.

- Sound understanding of application of the products like Anthracite Coal, Coking Coal etc.

- Existing connections with customers / suppliers

- Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.

- Strong social networking skills and Team handling skills.

- Exposure to a high level of service standards.

- Anyone drawing a current CTC of less than INR 30 LPA would NOT be considered.

- Willing to relocate/based out of NCR.

JOB DESCRIPTION (Indicative Only) :

- Candidate would be responsible for sourcing globally and marketing Coking Coal, Anthracite & Met Coke on Pan India basis;

- Actively engage with suppliers and develop relationships

- Should be technically sound with analytical ability to analyze and offer problem solving solutions to the customers.

- Understanding the needs of the customers, communicating effectively to the manufacturers and mines etc. ;

- Developing a viable model to suit customers- needs including pricing / financing etc;

- Holding Techno Commercial Meetings with senior Technical persons in user industries like Steel Plants, Coke Plants, Pellet Plants etc.;

- Communicating to the internal departments including senior management and the Mining personnel the intricacies and user's profile in order to enhance the overall products marketability ;

- Would be required to travel both in India and abroad to meet various customers alone as well as a part of the marketing team.

- Main KRA shall be achieving targeted volumes, entering off-take agreements, managing multiple stock yards and key-customers.
