Overview on the Vice President Role: - Being responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the entire organization; all departments and major projects with an eye on maximizing revenues and margins - The VP will be reporting to the senior management (Directors and Managing Directors) Responsibilities Assumed: - Maintaining, monitoring, and tracking - Health of client relationships - Expansion Opportunities and referral generation are included - Company cash flow and profitability situation; standalone and broken down by business segments - Department budgets - Staffing and Resource allocation plan - Designing mid-management compensation vis-a-vis their KRAs and revenue targets - Informing and assisting the right stakeholder/s and tracking the progress of the situation will be a key part of the responsibility - Facilitating feedback mechanisms across the organization to garner trust - Collaborating with the Compliance team to facilitate internal audit - Working closely with TresVista's internal Software and IT team to automate the above-mentioned procedures and processes - Overseeing a team of experienced AVPs, Associates, and Analysts to achieve the above objective Prerequisites: - Extensive professional experience with company strategy, project planning, and management - Ability to cultivate relationships and persuade, convene, facilitate, and build consensus among diverse individuals - Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with public speaking Candidate Experience: - 8 to 10 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree in any field - MBA in Finance preferred Compensation: - Commensurate with industry standards
