Job Responsibilities :
- Drive overall management team governance and priorities tracking
- Lead coordination of AWM Risk Identification activities: facilitate quarterly review of risks, consolidate/analyze inventory for completion, prepare presentation materials, present results to CRO, CFO and Controller, maintain LOB procedures
- Lead and develop materials to support AWM's Quarterly Earnings Representation Letter and Control Affirmation process to multi-level management and functional business areas
- Manage the consolidation and submission of various daily, monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory/non-regulatory reports for AWM Finance ensuring that data is accurate, complete and controls are in place and consistently executed
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand priorities and drive next steps
- Manage strategic initiatives around automation and identify areas for process improvement
