Vice President - Internal Audit - Bank (10-15 yrs)
Looking for Head Internal Audit, Foreign Bank, Mumbai.
- Lead and participate in audits and drive collaboration across teams in order to deliver appropriate audit coverage.
- Develop a good understanding of the strengths, weaknesses and limitations of the business units they audit and how that might impact their operations.
- Fully understand the impact of audit findings and recommendations on the current business and operating environment.
- Clearly communicate the issues and associated risks as well as identify the root cause.
- Produce high quality, draft audit reports for Senior Management which clearly articulate the audit conclusion.
- Develop positive advisory relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare and monitor audit plans that reflects the changing internal and external environment.
- Have broad understanding of the financial services industry and associated regulatory environment.
