Vice President Institutional Sales & Research
Role Description :
- Provide strategic direction to the institutional segment to enable business growth.
- Plan and strategize the Institutional segment business plan for implementation in coordination with the research and product development team.
- Sales and Marketing of products/ideas under Equity, currency, commodity and derivative platforms.
- Develop, maintain and manage Domestic as well as Global client relationships with key institutional investors across Banks, AMCs, AIFs, Family Offices, HFs, Insurance cos, ETFs, FIIs, FPIs, Pension funds, etc.
- Identify substantial leads, develop relationships and successfully deliver customized products across each of the product platforms.
- Provide MIS and analysis of the MIS including dashboards and other metrics
- Implement review systems for the business and manage the deliverables.
- Highlight inefficiencies across functions and take corrective actions
- Budgeting, costing and cost controls
- Regular internal audits and ensuring compliances with minimal variances
Requirements: The ideal candidate shall be an MBA with specialization in Finance or a CA or CFA with experience of not less than 12 years in the function.
