Vice President - Information Technology - BFSI (15-20 yrs)
Looking for VP IT position Night Shifts (5 PM - 2 AM) for Hyderabad location.
Our Client is conducting Face to Face Interview on 25th, February 2017 in Mumbai & Pune location.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day management of Enterprise Operations(EO) Customer Systems Technologies (CST) India & Philippines Resources.
Carry out managerial responsibilities including - planning, hiring, work assignment, appraisal & supervising the EO CST Staff.
Responsible for managing the service delivery and development for the business center in India.
SLA monitoring and performance tracking for vendors
Work with Business and relevant IT teams to implement solutions for EO projects & Programs.
Develop best practices for SDLC including Agile project management methodology.
Remain up-to-date with organizational, business, and department goals/initiatives as well as upcoming market trends in IT and be the advisor & partner to the business team including the Site leadership across India and Philippines.
Drive security standards and compliance.
Manage infrastructure for business centers in India and Philippines in line with the enterprise standards, policies and procedures.
Drive root cause analysis and ensure consistently high availability for the business to ensure they meet their objectives.
Prepare IT Op plant for India & Philippines. Partner with EO teams for program spend planning.
Partner with CST technology & other enterprise IT teams to provide solutions for complex IT challenges
Program Status & Reporting for management & stake holder reviews Lead & Manage global diverse teams.
Partner & Leverage external & internal technology teams to Provide leadership & direction for enterprise operations initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Science/IT or Engineering with 15 years + of IT experience.
Willing to work night shifts (US EST hours) and responds to emergencies 24X7.
Proven track record of acting as a strategic IT business partner with senior leadership
Experience in Call Center technologies and enterprise applications.
Good understanding of SDLC processes.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a matrix environment
Demonstrated ability to drive change and work effectively across business boundaries
Superior decision-making, client relationship, and vendor management skills.
Superior oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage expectations of the business, clients, team members, management and external groups
Excellent facilitation/influencing skills at all levels of the organization, and demonstrated ability to interact with cross functional/cross cultural teams.
