Vice President - Information Technology - BFSI

The requirement is for one of our leading client in Mumbai into Banking/Broking business.

Age Limit : 38 Years

Available to join immediately or with least notice period

Responsibilities :

- Responsible in architecting and building very challenging scalable applications to handle a lot of data and many I/O events. Build or set up a new tool for automating, monitoring, optimizing the infrastructure.

- Leading the technology role in defining the Technology Strategy, Technology architecture / stack, Technology design choices and help the team of engineers, tech leads in designing the best-in-class broking experience for customers.

- Set up technologies like Mobile App development, API etc. Interested to work in diverse areas, such as automated deployment, infrastructure, scaling, optimization, data mining, graph databases, Machine Learning, and we are always experimenting with new technologies.

- You would need to set very high, provide Digital first thinking, and inculcate the right culture of hustle and the values for the team.

Requirement :

- 12 to 15 years of Experience in the IT Software / Service Industry / Startup with having relevant prior experience of managing mission critical systems.

Preferably in the Fintech areas but can come from any other consumer internet industry as well. Experience in broking - industry will be an added advantage.

- Hands-on coding and design / architecture skills, Played a role in Architecting Digital Transformation / Turnkey IT projects

- Experienced and hands-on Mobile App Development using ReactNative

- Good understanding of API using JSON, Caching using Redis and queuing solution like Kafka, SQL & NoSQL databases

- Good understanding in leading automations and analytics

- Hands-on on DevOps practices and good Project Management skills
