Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech (Computers / IT or related fields) with MCA or MBA (Preferably)

Nice to have certifications: CISSP/ OSCP/ OSCE / CISA/ CISM

Experience in Product:

1. Knowledge of workflow automation tools like Oracle eBusiness Suite (ERP) and other similar software.

2. Handling team of internal and outsource resources

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established business goals.

2. Evaluate the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.

3. Analyze, Evaluate, Develop and implement new / existing technologies as per business requirements.

4. Evaluate & Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software.

5. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.

6. Evaluate alternate solutions to improve efficiency of the existing ERP system.

7. Ensure system infrastructure is functioning and working efficiently

8. Handle change management/improvements in IT systems.

9. Design and execute techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency and reduce risks.

10. Control budget and report on expenditure.

11. Handle Asset Management during the entire life cycle.

12. Handle IT / IS audits and ensure closures of critical findings.

13. Ability to select Vendors and negotiate with Vendors for IT Services, procurement of IT Infrastructure and Other IT related Products.

14. Manage performance of vendors and ensure that they comply with all SLAs, etc.

15. Coordinate and provide guidance to IT managers and supervise computer technicians and other professionals.

16. Monitor day to day activities and processes and ensure smooth functioning of IT operations.
