Role objective :

- Setting up of Industrial & Logistics Park, and Data Centre hubs and related land monetization opportunities across current site

- Create country specific economic hubs at current site with complete eco-system

- Growth of this vertical over time across cities.

Strategy for new hubs :

- Identify the business strategy for other parks - JV or develop own teams and capabilities

- Drive the master-planning and approvals

- Develop the business plan and funding in conjunction with corporate finance teams

- For developed parks / data centres

- Build the team to deliver the P&L

- Support business development efforts - marketing collaterals, networks, etc

Business Intelligence :

- Understand key offerings & USPs of other logistics & industrial zones, data centre setups, country specific economic clusters in India & abroad

- Benchmarking of best practices followed in these zones & build technical knowledge base within the new vertical

- Planning & Design phase : lead the master planning and park development efforts

Operations :

- Maintain post deal client relationships

- Overall responsibility of handing over plot/ building within timelines agreed at deal stage

- Set up and manage facility management team post start of operations for country specific hubs

- Work with the Investment Promotion teams to develop networks with economic cells of South Asian countries looking to set-up in India (e.g. JETRO, IE Singapore, etc.)

Background :

- Experience in development and operation of a Grade-A Industrial & Logistics park and managing the P&L

- Experience in business development / joint venture management is a plus

- MBA from premier institution with 8-10 years of relevant experience

- International experience is a plus

- Entrepreneurial focus and drive is key to succeed
