Vice President - Implementation - Software Service Sales

The VP, Professional Services will have the responsibility for the success of the onshore/offshore program of our client. This will involve working closely with the territories to ensure that the teams are working collaboratively and effecitvely, proper expectations setting with our customers, along with a high level of billable utilization from the Global Delivery Center. The VP of GDC, PS will also ensure the proper skill sets, tools, and processes are utilised to ensure high quality implementations while optimising our client's resource.

On a day-to-day basis, responsibilities include :

- Forecasting and Planning

- Group Management

- Operations & Methodology

- Site Management

Required Skills/Experience :

- 15+ years- experience in Services sales, 10+ in managing a Global Delivery Center.

- Proven experience in generating incremental services revenue

- Proven experience in managing off-shore and remote teams

- Ability to maintain excellent colleague and customer relationships

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Required language skills : fluent in English - written and conversational
