JOB DESCRIPTION OF VP, HUMAN RESOURCES:
- Overall HR Head of Company comprising of 10 factories with a workforce of 9000+
- The Role & Responsibilities encompass monitoring of all facets of HR functions at the Factory and Corporate levels including
- Manpower (Planning, Sourcing, Placement)
- HR Policies formulation & implementation
- Performance Appraisals Implementation
- Recruitment & Placement
- Training & Development - Corporate and Plant level
- Reduce Attrition & Absenteeism
- Liaison with Statutory agencies
- Maintain cordial industrial relations between Factory Management and work force.
- Statutory compliance & Compliance audit
- HR initiatives & Engagement activities at plant level
- Time office & Payroll
- MIS Reports
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources Management with LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Experience of minimum 10-15 years with IR expertise in a reputed manufacturing Company as General Manager/VP-HR
- Dynamic, Result-oriented, Futuristic with proven acumen as a good HR professional
