Vice President - HR Business Partner - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/Tier1 Institutes
Required :
- Experience of working in product technology organisations only-Mandatory
- Driving Change Management and experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Process transitions/transformations
Job Role :
- Formulating and implementing people strategy of the group in collaboration with business heads.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- The individual should be a smart, aggressive and assertive professional with excellent Stakeholder management skills.
- Strengthening of Performance Management Processes, drive transparency of process and Manager effectiveness in conducting the process /provision of feedback."
- The role holder will need strategic thinking skills as well as have the ability to translate the vision into tangible tactical and long term actions.
This position will be second in command within the organization, reporting directly into the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)
